She delivers progressive solutions by taking a tailored approach to your specific legal needs. She believes that when you truly understand your options, you make the best decisions.
Morgan Law focuses on the overall goals of our clients, which often include tax and accounting issues. Questions in these areas frequently arise in our practice, and we have established a client accounting department in partnership with Morgan & Halpenny LLP, a Certified Public Accounting firm. By working closely with the CPAs at Morgan & Halpenny we can ensure your tax and accounting matters are expertly managed in concert with your legal needs. This department is operated independently to comply with California law.
TIffany concentrates her practice on identifying and responding to the specific needs of high-net-worth individual and corporate clients in transactional matters such as estate planning and trust administration, corporate matters, employment law, and real property issues. She works closely with her clients’ other trusted advisors, including CPAs, financial advisers and insurance firms, to ensure that all concerns are addressed, all objectives are aligned, and all goals are achieved.
Ms. Morgan was born and raised in Southern California and is raising her two children here. Tiffany graduated from Occidental College with a BA in Economics and English. She worked in the accounting industry before receiving her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law. Tiffany was a multisport Division 3 athlete at Occidental and continues her athletic pursuits to this day. She often competes with her two children in triathlons, trail races, and other running events. She is a two-time Ironman age group competitor and hopes to compete in a third Ironman soon. She has been appointed to the boards of directors of nonprofits and is also active in her community raising awareness for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
